Are the Ambulance Levels rigged?
Whenever I do an ambulance level, I often find myself at an important moment, cutting something carefully with a scalpel or using the surgical circular saw to carefully remove bones, then the ambulance suddenly jolts to make me go off track, I can wait for ages before if moves again, then when finally getting back to the surgery after waiting, it does it again! Do you think they are rigged to make you fail easier? Or is it just bad luck?

It seems like they made it only jossle when you are doing something high dexterity.

It's just really annoying because the Ambulance levels are one of the few levels I need to do to get A++ and it just seems impossible

They're not rigged, you've just trusted the worst possible driver ever.
