There is this thing,it's inspired by surgeon simulator mostly,instead of tools you bumble around with dinner forks and knives,instead of operating on patients it's trying to not make other diplomats angry enough to nuke your country.

Why do you think this game is so popular? only game like this before was the orginal surgeon simulator,so yeah...this is a one of a kind game.

Sorry,I don't live in japen so I never heard of it 'till now,but looking at it on the wikipedia it doesn't really seem to similer to surgeon simulator,but yeah,never heard of it until now.

Well I never saw it around,doesn't help that I'm located in new zealand I suppose.

Well, they are only on Consoles owned by Nintendo (and that does includes their handheld one).

Never really played on any Console not owned by Nintendo,though I'm considering it for the first time as the Wii U seems to have a rather disapointing selection of games.

I find it odd that no one seems to know any but me...
Well, there was one called "laser surgery simulator" on the Amiga.

I am also dissapointed that most developer think that surgery can not have the same tension and excitment as other games.
Like the only think people can think of is killing other and not saving others lives.

There's Ampu-Tea, gameplay seems similar, haven't played it myself though.
