Are there any cheat codes to enable all levels?

I totally lose up on this game - this is too hard for me. To not only loose my money on this games I would like to unlock all levels so that I can have at least some fun with other surgery scenes. Can you tell me how to unlock all levels in the Linux version? For WIndows I already found this: (http://www.spieletipps.de/pc/surgeon-simulator-2013/tipps/51551/1/) - but there is no registry in Linux.
