Alien surgery not working

I have all but two of the transplants done; I've done the Cubed Trangrifier, Pewdsball, Gavichal, and whatever the purple-and-green liver-looking thing is. After that, I've only gotten the Gobbleshaft (Seriously, I tried 23 times and got it eevry single time). I thought the blue-green thing above the lower ribcage was it, but it wasn't, so it had to be the purple intestine, so I tried that. That wasn't it either. I don't know if I'm just doing it wrong or if it's broken, but it's making me angry. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for being seven years late here. To properly complete the Gobbleshaft procedure you have to cut the six tubes next to the organ but from directly next to the organ not from where the tubes are attached to the body. I'm not even sure how you found this, but thanks a ton! I had figured it out myself between then and now, but I guess if anyone else needs the help you'd be their lifesaver!
