How to make the game full screen? Where are the video controls?

Found it. Move hand to clipboard entitled "Options", hover over area for resolution, hover over check box entitled "Full Screen" when a blue circle appears around it, click with your finger/mouse, then look to left and tab appears at left of clipboard to save resolution, click it.
