Some help with new achievements?

Hello there! Just wanted to ask about 3 of the new achievements, which atm I can't unlock.

A small loan from my father - I managed to get to 1 mil in costs, but only if I kill him and the achievement doesn't unlock. Any tips on doing 1 mil without killing him?

Little Wet Willy - Puting the small finger in his ear doesn't do anything

Now I Can Reach - Picking his nose with the small finger doesn't do anything either

Am I missing anything? A smaller hand that fits the nostrils and ear hole? In the live stream the hand seems smaller.

A small loan from my father : I think you need to complete the level by finishing the transplant. Of course I might be wrong, but I have the same problem and I am currently trying to do so.

Little Wet Willy and Now I Can Reach are simple, stab yourself with red syringe to your right. Your hand will become small and you will be able to get both.

Do you have any good idea for A++ score? I've been trying with the axe to crash the borns, but it doesnt work well...

The usual trick for A++ is speed with a good amount of blood left. I got it by smashing the rib cage in two hits, you just need access to the right side in order to cut up the heart veins and be able to take out the heart. As someone would say SPEED IS KEY ~

For information sake : I got A++ with 4740 ml of blood and with 2m01s. And I went over three millions for the bill by losing.

About "A small loan from my father", I could sometimes get up to 996,000 by smashing his head with the axe... I think you just need to hit his face hard many times before he dies. I'm not sure if you need to finish the transplant though.

The best method to get over 1mil is to smash his face with the small hammer. The problem is the achievement doesn't trigger if the patient is dead. And atm I couldn't get to 1 mil without killing him.

How far have you been able to get Flash Stroke ? Found anything of use ?

Atm I'm trying to get everything ready for the new heart to get in, and then smash his face up without killing him, this seems the fastest way to increase the costs. But so far he died everytime, didn't had time to move the new heart inside

I see. I am doing the reverse actually, I am trying to smash him up and rack as much as possible damage before starting the operation, so far I've managed to put 850k of bill before he dies.

just to add my two cents, i managed A++ with 4856ml blood left and with 1:44. I used the laser for removing the ribcage, took me a few tries.
But yet I wasn't able to get to 1 million without killing trump =(
Anyone managed to do so?
