Cutting Out The Eyes
I'm trying to complete the basic eye transplant without losing too much blood. With some luck I can dislodge the eyes with about 5300+ mls of blood left. The problem is actually cutting out the eyes. Bob keeps moving his head around and the incision points seeme eerily precise. I keep accidentally stabbing Bob and losing blood as a result. Is there an easier way to cut out the eyes than with a scalpel, or does it all come down to pixel perfect cutting?

Stabby stab him with a knife. Just head on stabbing. If you're perfectly alligned you might nail it.

if you cheat abit what you can do is to firstly ignore the goggles and use a pencil to stab the eyes through them after you've stabbed both eyes just whack him a few times on the head till they flop out when they do they'll get stuck to the front of the goggles and stay relatively steady (they'll spin abit but thats actually useful so you can easiely get to all the bits you need to cut)

once the eyes are out i find using the pen (black clicky ballpoint thingy) to be useful to cut with causes very little blood loss and bleeding and can also be used to cut off the goggles once you have the eyes out if you can't be bothered trying to get the new eyes in through the goggles (which is possible but kinda tricky)

did it like this just now and finished in 4:44:818 with 5285ml blood left and i wasn't even nearly as careful as i could have been

You may already know this, but if you didn't, the green syringe slows and/or stops blood loss, so that's handy too
