You Can't Handle The Tooth

Is it just me, or does the "You Can't Handle The Tooth" achievement not unlock properly? I'm almost certain that I've completed the operation properly three times.

same for me. just did it now was quite easy only 3 rotten teeths, i use the smallest instrument so i don't touch the 'healthy' teeth, removed the 3 rotten teeth, completed the operation by even using the correct type of teeth (you can mix up evertything...), the trophy never popped. i'll stop bothering until it gets fixed

That's exactly what happened to me (minus using correct type of teeth).

yeah, same happend to me. maybe the achievement pops up if we don't damage the health tooth, which is quite difficult...

Same here.. It made me quite frustrated! But 'glad' to know I'm not the only one ;p.. Besides that, I'm loving the dlc^^

I think it is a bug, same for "First success"

I think they fixed it. Since I saw the game had an update yesterday. I will try it out later today.
