Help with eye surgery

I cannot get the eyes out, I have tried scalpels, tweezers, the spoon? Can anyone help?

anything pointy should work .. you just gotta jab it in there till it gets stuck and then remove it again and then bash his head engouth that they pop out so you can cut them free

I just use the pencils to jab into the eye, pull them out and punch his face till both eyes pop out... weird I know but it works...

I actually had issues getting the -goggles- off the poor guy. But then trying to slam things into his eyes was great fun o/

You can get the googles of the head by either breaking them with force or cutting the rubber band with scissors or similar.

You can also trim his eyebrows with the mini drill before stabbing his eyes to be a real surgeon. I wonder if that thing has any other uses. Didn't seem to work for a smaller version of a teeth drill.

I found that pencils are amazing for jamming inside the eyeballs. Good precision and almost no blood loss. Just remove the goggles and jam it right into the eyeball with full force.

Seems like the needles don't stick in the eyes. Man and here I thought I could finally get the green syringe to stick in there and keep it from bleeding. I also think the drill wasn't able to stick in the eye, but I didn't try that for long, since it felt a bit....immoral.

Has anyone done this in under 2 minutes yet? I'm trying at the moment and it's sooooo hard. Even when i'm fast enough to get everything ready for the new eyes in 1 Minute, it takes ages to grab them and find the right spot for them to snap in. I have completly forgotten how frustrating surgeon simulator can be. :D

You can get the eyes hanging out with absolutely no blood loss quite easily, actually. Stick the pencils in them, then remove it. Then whack him around the head using the hammer's handle (not the metal bit).

i have done it in under 2 min, it took a while though. my basic process was this:

1. dump some of the eyes out for later use(should be done by about 8 secs in)
2. take the hammer to the goggles(should be done by about 16 secs in)
3. grab a scalpel and cram in into one of the eyes then pull it out(repeate for other eye and it should be done by 40 sec in)
4. punch his eye sockets with the fist to dislodge the eyes( should be done by about 1 min in)
5. grab scalpel and angle it to be under one of the eyes, after cutting the bottom connection swipe at the rest till they are off( repeat for other eye and it should be done by about 1 min 30 sec in)
6.take teh scalpel and stab one of the new eyes, then jam that eye into his head( repeat for other eye)

you can only stab each eye once so if it falls off before reaching the head go to a different one.

yup managed to get the < 2 mins one
try using a pencil / scalpel when putting in the new eyes makes it easyer to get them in the right place

it's actually also possible to get the eyes to flop out just with your empty hand just slap him around abit
