Yes, it is side-project, but plays like a "main" game.
Compare it to the "free" flash games? LOL and good luck, kiddo.
One should judge a game based on how much entertainment one has garnered from the product as related to cost.
I paid $2.49 + $4.99 for this game and the DLC.
I've already enjoyed the game for 15+ hours.
If I never play the game again that would mean I spent less than $0.50 per hour to be entertained. That is a heck of a bargain and well worth my investment.
Yes, I will be playing this game more, so the value to cost ratio will continue to increase.
These games are easily worth every penny spent on them.
Anyone who has been playing games pre-2000's knows that graphics don't make the game at all.
Next.
Don't listen to this street ape named Evilnapkin, this game is awesome. Visuals and animations are good for a roguelike, and there are tons of hours of gameplay. I bought it at full price and never once thought again about the decision, completely worth the money.
This certainly isn't "just some flash game".
