Manual Crash reporting

Sometimes the crash report fails to send us a report automatically (it's generally because you don't have a stand alone mail client installed on your computer or have a firewall blocking the operation ).
But if you still want to help us improve the reliability of BlackInk you can manually send us these valuable informations.

To do so please follow this procedure :

• send us by email ( [e-mail] ) the following files that BlackInk created juste after the crash ( those files are overwritten after each BlackInk launch )
  
  Note: If your "AppData" folder is hidden and doesn't appear in your user folder, simply enter "%appdata%" in any explorer window.
  
  
• On Windows 7/Vista Steam :
  C:\MySteamFolder\SteamApps\common\Black Ink Steam\Datas\BlackInk.Log
  C:\MySteamFolder\SteamApps\common\Black Ink Steam\Datas\Minidump.dmp
  
  
• On Windows 7/Vista Steam Demo :
  C:\MySteamFolder\SteamApps\common\Black Ink Demo\Datas\BlackInk.Log
  C:\MySteamFolder\SteamApps\common\Black Ink Demo\Datas\Minidump.dmp
