cursor is off

All my lines start off to the left of my cursor a little, eraser, all the brushes, everything is happening left of where I'm drawing it. Only on my current piece tho, If I start a new piece, it's back on point.
How do i get that thing where it's supposed to be? The use exact position option in preferences didn't seem to change anything.

A couple relogs, fiddled with setting a bit, it fixed itself.
Edit: The radial symmetry wheel was offset a little. Once I spun it back in place my cursor was back in place.
