Demo Feedback - Pretty interesting! Encountered a game breaking bug

I actually had a good time with this one. The combat system is quite engaging, and it's been a long time since an RPG has challenged me this much. Once I figured out what I was doing, I was really getting into it. Impressive work.

I did encounter a rather obnoxious bug, however. I was in the wolf cave right after you've rested at the ranger camp. I started by going to the left, fought the battle in there where you picked up the heater shield. I then when back to the main room, went right, and my character spawned on top of the water. I couldn't move at all and had to reload a save, which was a ways back. Hopefully that's helpful.

Edit: I actually went back and isolated the issues. apparently, what's happening is that if you step on a certain part of the entrance, it dumps you in the water, but not ever part. I've attached two images so you can see what I mean.

Also, after I got past that part and played a bit further, I encountered another thing which may or not be a bug. After I got out of the wolf cave, I got the "Echo Synchronized" prompt, and it said I had gained access to Tier 2 mods. However, when I checked my menu, no new mods were present. Might just be a quirk of the demo, though.

Best of luck with further development. Added this to my wishlist.

Hey, thanks for playing and for sending us some feedback! We'll get that bug fixed right away :O

As for Tier 2 mods, you should have gotten new skills, rather than mods, so it looks like a message error there. Sorry about that!

Ah! That explains it. I must have checked the wrong menu. I might try to recreate the screen to see exactly what went wrong there.

We updated the demo today to fix the water issue you found, and we added some clarifying imagery to the level up screen to make it clear when you've learned a mod vs new skills. Hope that helps!
