Open BETA - Known Issues

Below is a list of known issues that we are currently working on for OPEN BETA and will address in the next several updates. We greatly appreciate your patience and if you have any additional details related to the issues noted below please post your comments in our support forums.

Crashes:
* Video card buffers on 512MB cards can be maxed out if the player cycles between low and high shadows continuously. Exiting and restarting will fix the issue.
* There is rare chance a crash could happen when players alt-tabs multiple times between their desktop and game.
* Some integrated Intel video cards may crash the client on load

Disconnects:
* There are some rare cases where some machines will experience a random disconnect from the server.

Camera:
* In very close quarters the camera will sometimes pop and re-center behind the player’s character.
* When a cinematic sequence is transitioning from letter box to game view, moving the mouse can temporarily cause the camera to exhibit odd positioning behavior.

UI:
* Daily Blessing timer is inconsistent with the actual amount time received. Logging out of the game and logging back in will resolve the issue. Real time awarded is 30 minutes.
* Hitting Esc to back out of a throne/altar viewing also opens the pause menu.
* Daily Blessing UI requires the player to hit enter to dismiss.
* Lore menus cannot be dismissed using “E”
* Next Spell/Previous spell bindings for mouse wheel is currently not configurable in key bindings. But the functionality is default on the mouse wheel.
* Spell Icons in the Spell wheel cannot be clicked on using the mouse. Players must use the arrow keys to navigate to each spell.

General
* Holding down Left Shift and clicking the left mouse button will cause your Caos to dash.

I'am having trouble getting into the servers keeps saying "unable to connet to servers please try again later".
My firewall is off and my friends are in game no problems,please help.

h4 - do you know what your average internet speed is? You can check by using http://www.speedtest.net/

I cant launch the game, when i click on play my screen just blink for a second and nothing more.I cant launch it .

using speedtest.net, i have 37 ms ping, 50.8 Mbps down, .62 Mbps up.

but this is testing to my nearby Los Angeles location. I assume the game's servers are in France?

edit: testing to paris: 187 ms ping, 5.01 down, .58 up. i should mention that i can play other online games, such as warframe and dota 2 without the random disconnecting.

Our servers are based in Oregon, USA. :)
That's odd that you're experiencing disconnects then... We'll be looking into this.

Erm, so i started playing this game about an hour ago, but i have gotten to a point in the tutorial where you have to kill a mini-boss thing to raise a shrine to your god. I fought him and killed him only to find myself stuck behind an invisible wall with no way out. I tried exiting to main menu and launching again, i tried restarting the game and i tried launvhing the game into the little hub thing and continueing the quest from the room with my god but none of it worked... I WAS just going to start a new character and forgive the game for it's bugs because it's new and the like but apparently that isn't even an option in the game :/ really annoyed because was enjoying my time in the game up to that point and now i have absolutely no way to play...please help

Hey Cheeky, try this out:
Open your inventory
Go to Map
Press Tab to warp back to sanctum.
From Sanctum, open your inventory again and go to map.
Select Mount Crimhorn, Crimhorn Foothills, then Detail Map.
Scroll to the top left of the map, click on the Orb icon, then select Warp.

That should warp you to the start of the map. Let us know if this doesn't work for you.

Thanks for the quick reply! :D That worked A-ok, feel kinda silly that i didn't see that earlier but warping hadn't been mentioned to me so i didn't know it was possible hahaha
