Two more side quests, can't find them

So in total theres 4 side quests, I cannot find the last 2 for the life of me. I've done the training with sis and battle with blackjack. But the other two are impossible to find for me. Love the game btw ;)

It depends if you are playing the Demo or Early Access.
You are missing:
1.- Extra content on Early Access (Portal)
2.- Mysterious Island

Sure.
You get a hint in for in form of a item from Side Beta in town. The hint there can be taken literally considering you are using the Mouse.

I got the Coms device and talked to Side Beta in Town then i talked to Triti. I'm confused about this Mouse thing that i have to take literally. Side Beta doesn't give me an "item"?

Maybe you already got it, check in your Inventory on the Info items, you may have one called "Mysterous Island". By the Mouse I mean, since the game is designed to be played with the Mouse, several of the secrets and mechanics only works with Mouse, even if the Keyboard can be used in some scenarios.

There is an island on the world map/Guild. Click rapidly on it until it lets you access it.

It would have never occurred to me that you had to spam click the island at the right bottom corner of the guild map . I spent an hour going through every region thoroughly with the only hint from the devblog "Satisfy a Sea Creature" and one missing side quest in the journal.
It'd be nice to have alternative way of discovering the secrets or have hover text hints where to start the side quests. Or perhaps when you hover or click the island it makes a visual or sound effect which changes the more you press it.
Could be that I'm just bad with riddles haha
