City 2 help from alien dude

At the last segment in City 2 level you know normally the alien dude pulls our character up from the ceiling. But in my case i fight in that area with soldiers like 1-2 minute and he still doesnt show up. Is there a solution for this? I did the thing on the water too btw.

After reading your reply, i did the chandelier thing again because i did it early in my first attempt of this chapter but somehow game didnt save and made me do it again and it worked this time. Thanks so much for reminding the chandelier thing <3
