Edit: I get the lines if I maximize the window. If I leave it at its default size (rather small) no black lines.
Here are some screenshots of what it looks like:

I'm assuming it is the UV coordinates that are halv a texel of, so the edge of the tile next to the visible one on the atlas is being showed. Iirc the player character have this bug too (I think all tiles have this bugs) and as the character animates, so does the black line above the character. I haven't been able to capture this on screenshots.
If it is a UV-coordinate problem and it is graphics card related my graphics cards are:
Intel HD Graphics 4000 and
NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M
(I don't know which one the game use to render with)
I'm on a MacBook Pro (MacBookPro10,1)
Ps. Love the game! :)
Nvidia Geforce gtx 660 ti
I'm running it on a 2012 MacBook Pro,
15-inch (1440 x 900)
NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024 MB graphics.
Haven't tried windowing it, as I am not sure how to window the game (F11 or fn+F11 doesn't work for me.)
To fix, go to the app executable by right-clicking on Evoland in Steam, selecting its Properties, and selecting 'Browse Local Files'. Then right-click and open the Properties for Evoland.exe, and under the 'Compatibility' tab, tick 'Disable display scaling on high DPI settings"
Problem solved. Enjoy!
My screen is 1024x640, but it's retina. Physical resolution is twice that (2048x1280). Forced into full-screen mode at startup.
These resolutions work fine and do not show any lines in the original resolution window, windowed maximize to full screen, or fullscreen.

800x600@140hz
The following resolutions will show no lines in the original resolution window, but will show horizontal lines while moving vertically in a maximized window or full screen. In a maximized window the line are pretty much permanent. They are solid when you are stopped and then flicker a little when you walk, but you can always see them. When the game is in full screen, the lines do not show when you are standing still, but they will flash on and off when you are moving vertically.
