How do I know which cards I have?

I have 22/23 Double Twin cards, how do I know which card I am missing?

you DON'T.
This happens to be one of the problem I have with the game in that it will no record anything...

It's not a perfect solution, but you can go to Aogai and play the Double Twins game several times - if you recognize the pictures on the cards, you can write down their names.

Is there any cards to be played after Aogai?

The only card player I have found was the one in Aogai. However, you can always return there :)

Of course you can, the game never denies access to any areas.
But checking areas with random encounters are a pain, unless you agree that high random encounter rates where great like what the developers think.
They also seem to think that a inventory that does not do its job is great as well (which is to tell you what you have).

I know this is an old post but this is what google turned up for me when I was searching for a way to find out which cards and stars I still needed. Turns out there is a way to find out, in Aogai at the savepoint when you first walk into the town there is a man who will tell you the location of stars and cards you have missed, one at a time. When he says "I hear there's one hidden in..." that means you still have one to find in that area. This should make things much easier, I had to find the hard way! Good luck :)
