good game, runs good on mac and i hope PA2 will be for mac to unlike CS2 :(

So I decided to play this again with a friend using its built in multiplayer. The game itself is great and very enjoyable but the state of multiplayer is literally unplayable. The times we were able to get into a save together it only lasted over 5-10 mins before it would crash and kick us both out. That being said I can't recommend a game that advertises as multiplayer when it really isn't. It is incredibly unplayable in it's current state. Laughably unplayable. We never even got to the point of having prisoners. We'd make power, holding cell and intake area then bam it crashes. We tried everything as well different devices using safe mode. Uninstalling all mods even when they weren't enabled. Reinstalled check cache everything. If you are just looking for a singleplayer experience that's the only way I can recommend the game.

If you love empire building games or creating things overall i highly recommend this game. It has great attention to detail these include great ways for your prisoners to escape great ways to secure your prison and great ways to get a GAME OVER screen just play this for a couple of hours and you will find what i mean however this game has since stopped getting updates and still has bugs that stop you from doing many things. The biggest bug that is still around is where your staff ,for what ever reason, stop building and doing there jobs. Still a great game because mods can fix bugs and make the game easier harder more enjoyable or more chaotic! However it all comes down to you and if YOU press that buy button.

I like taking busloads of prisoners everyday [with no prison] and just leaving them there to watch them all slowly starve to death. 10/10 i love games that let me commit genocide.
