In our prison simulation games.
Sigh.
Almost every single DLC in a Paradox game adds some sort of actual content that builds on the game. Cities Skylines, Hearts of Iron, Crusader Kings and so many other Paradox owned titles have (for the most part) great DLC concepts. But PA's dev team must've been taken over by a zombie lacking a brain and an appetite for one. Nobody asked for this, nobody wanted this, nobody will use it more than 2-3 times IF they buy it.
We wanted the bugs YOU keep introducing to be FIXED. Nobody gives a flying crap if the free patch fixes one bug, a few bugs, or all the bugs in the game. That free patch should've been released the SECOND it was finished and should not be waiting on some damn DLC that will add nothing of sustenance to the game.
I know most of the people on the dev team probably don't want to be pushing out content like this that is worse than actual rotting flesh, but at this point it's on them too. No amount of community input and push back is going to fix the utter mess of an idea board in that office. So knowing this, I personally can't wait to see this absolute zombie of a dev leader get locked in a room so someone competent can take control and bring the game back from its current state.
*Edited because I forgot a sentence*
Maybe there is confusion and people think they have to buy the DLC for the bug fixes. I think from their past releases, it's obvious that is never the case. Chill out.
