Will prisoners be able to smuggle weed in? it would be good to create more complex drug system.

Well clearly this place doesn't want to do that. If that slows base sales then I'm sure they've taken that into account. If not then they'll lose sales and might change their minds.

By making the game appealing and people buying the base game itself. That's what Introversion did; they constantly released free updates that added onto the base game, and so the game spread via word of mouth and increased sales.

Yikes, 10$ is not the same as 10€, ♥♥♥♥ move devs

I'll wait until I see gameplay, but $10 is twice as much as I expected. This is why I stopped buying Paradox games. DLC is always expensive and never delivers the gameplay that's expected.
