No. After the foundation is finished, alls plans disapers and they didn't build any walls inside the foundation.. My Workarround: I draft my walls by using the Object planning tool.

I thought walls formed around a foundation when finished. Wait, inside? I dunno then.

I know this is can be an insulting question, but have you tried verifying the game files?

you can play it in the library and pick legacy (32bit), but yeah lots of problem now

Lots of problems in the multiplayer, joined player can't connect CCTV/Phone/Door control systems. Contrary to what the update says, guards do leave their stations in lockdowns/shakedowns ending up in nobody being able to open gates.. hiring in new guards to take over sometimes doesn't work at all and they just run off... etc.

Nice new furniture and plants though!

Playing single player on a FX-6300 GTX 1050 works fine.
Possibly go to the game's steam forums to get much more help
