Teacher not showing up to classroom

Hi, I have a small prison 80 ppl and just finsihed my classroom for foundational education. I then set a 3 hour block of work/free time for the prisoners, then scheduled the class in that 3 hour block. My teacher will spawn, walk into the prison, and then leave. He doen't seem to be getting stuck on anything, I even opened all the doors to test it. I also don't think the classroom is too far away, as the teacher litterally makes it to the reception room and then turns around. I then reset all the staff/prisoner zones so he has a litteral straight shot into the classroom and he still turns around. Please help!
