Mac 64 bit support

When we can expect Mac 64bit support? with the latest version of Mac OS, cannot play the game because still 32 bit...

The game is 64bit unless you are playing a beta or safe version of it

If your game is not correctly launching in 64 bit, rename the 64 bit launch file

change Prison Architect.exe to something else and then rename the PrisonArchitect64.exe to Prison Architect.exe so that steam launches the correct one

i'm talking about MAC, not Windows!
i'm using the normal (not beta) version, and on MAC the game cannot be played on the latest OS X because the game on mac is compiled in 32 bit.

Did you even look in the folder? There should be two launcher files

Prison Architect is 32bit
PrisonArchitect64 is 64bit

Steam may be launching the wrong one for you

LoL, clearly you still think i'm on Windows...

I'm on MAC, and without even install the game, Steam warns me that the game is 32 bit and it's not going to run on MACOS Catalina, which only allow 64 bit software to run.

The game installs two versions that's why you get the warning, but if you can't be bothered to understand, then I can't be bothered to explain it further.

The game does NOT install 2 version, on mac when i open the page (before to install it), shows that the game is not compatible and cannot be played. in the library list, before install, it has a "forbid" crossed circle.

on PC it has 2 versions, as you said, but on mac it only has one version and it's 32 bits.

I was having a problem where when I hit PLAY in Steam to start Prison Architect it wouldn't start. Found https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/prison-architect-cannot-launch-from-steam-macos-10-13.1272334/ which has you delete the ~/Library/Application Support/Paradox Interactive folder and it started working again.

It would be nice though if Paradox would get around to cleaning up Prison Architect on Steam so it doesn't state it won't run because it's a 32 bit app though.
