Prisoners won't come to my prision

I can't get prisoners to get into my prision they never get off the truck. Am I just a noob or is this an actual issue? I have everything they would need including double and triple the required capacity (depending on the day and number sent). I have given up after 5 days of this happening. Is there something I can do wrong to make them never get off the truck? Or should I just wait for a new alpha build to come out and try my luck with that?

The truck is sitting there, but the prisoners are sitting on it? The only time that ever happened to me, I had successfully secured my Deliveries zone. Not only does it cause this, but it also causes prisoners in the workshop to waste their time moving sheet metal. I recommend not doing that.

Failing that, you can manually order them to cells and that should work. I just had them sent to the holding cell, and the guards would select an empty cell for them.

Make sure you haven't walled off your "Deliveries" area, and that it's touching the sidewalk along the side of the road.

And that your prisoners tab in the bottom right Reports menu aren't set to Closed.

I have access to the delivery zone everything else is working fine. They arrive on the trucks but they never get off.

I just got this game and I'm having trouble with it too..

It shows them arriving but the bus just drives right on by and never stops. But it updates my tab on the top left telling me I need to now feed them.. even though I don't have any prisoners. I also see trucks coming by with "Ingredients" but those never stop either

Not to mention garbage sure as heck doesn't work.. things just piling up

Again, have you tried ordering each individual prisoners to be taken to your holding cell (or to a cell you know is empty)? That worked for me when I had this issue two alphas ago.

Your deliveries and garbage zones both need to be touching the tiles adjacent to the road. Also, make sure the deliveries zone is north of the garbage zone.

If you're having a lot of trouble, try my video tutorial series. It's in the form of a Let's Play, so you get to see the prison as it's being built, but I take the time to explain a bunch of stuff you might find helpful.

I can't do anything becauase the guards can't catch the trucks. They never get off the truck and yes the zone is touching the road.

Oh, you mean the truck never even stops? Yeah, your Deliveries zone probably isn't touching the road. Either put it back on the edge, or remove whatever barrier you put on those concrete tiles between it and the road. Re-zone it if you have to.

The weirdest thing is I got one dilivery on day 1 that worked but it stoped working after that
