How do i make prisoners make license plates?

Guys when i look at the videos at YT i see prisoners make license plates they make it look so easy to make those i scheduled them to make them work right? it they dont go in the workshop to make license plates whats the problem with my prison?

Dunno what videos you're talking about so don't know what they showed. Did you use the "Deployment" screen to set the workshop to be manned? Did you place work hours in the "Regime"?

1.Build a Workshop
2. Put in Workshop Presses and Saws
3. Assign prisoners(Deployment Tab, then Jobs,left click workshop which should be green)
4.Put work on Regime
5. Make money
