How do you download and use other peoples prisons ?

Just got the game and am keen to try some of the otherplayers prisons but no clue how to access them

That is the workshop feature - head to the 'workshop' on teh nav bar for Prison Architect here in steam, and subscribe to the interesting ones.

Then, when you start the game up, hit 'esc' to get to the window, and go to the 'Workshop' area and play away!
