Now that I've finished all the important bureaucracy missions...
...could i get rid of my warden, foreman, those types of people? or will the janitors and such not be able to work anymore? or should keep them for safety sake, as they may add new things to research later?

Also, my workshop saws seem to work... without power O_o glitch, or added feature?

Might be a glitch.

I would keep them, as I think they still have their uses.

I believe getting rid of the warden, foreman etc after you complete those missions and employ the staff that comes with completion is cheating.

There are more honorable and rewarding ways of balancing your budget ;)

Besides, money isnt a big issue in the game since there isn't a huge amount of content to spend it on.

It's very easy to make money anyways since the workshop was introduced. It quite like an american prison system. Just another form of slavery. have a sick sad and depressed society and 3 strike rule; watch the jails fill up. Then boom you don't need to import from mexico.

And meanwhile the rest of the society whichI think the stats are half live in a3rd world condition is bathed in propaganda each day and laced with toxic chemicals from every direction.

Talk about a slave society of genocidal maniacs lead by psychopaths who are ruled by banksters! haha its all messed up. tens of millions of dead babies thanks to sanctions and bullets to the head etc etc.

Atleast europe is getting pissed now. Hopefully we all simultaneously put embargos on them soon. Pretty sure billions of people want to do this (china, Russia, France.. etc).

Only friends they will have left soon is england and the vatican. But thats because they both OWN the USA.. poor slaves.

The inmates are the ones who get shafted the most id say though. 3 strike rule gzus. Kids get like 10+ years for stealing dvds over there. Its a hell hole. "But let the Tv wash over you and subdue you into a state of un-reality" hahaha holy crap. Meanwhile their military complex destabilises most parts of the world...

I'm ranting again..

I hope the devs make it so there is a penalty for firing important staff like that.Maybe a workforce strike or you loose a perk etc..

Perhaps later down the track in beta staff like the foreman etc are given additional advantages of being employed after the bureaucracy trees have been fully researched.

he's so wrong it's almost funny and i'm sure it's going to make a lot of people upset and many trolls will take up the argument but the truth is, kids don't want dvds.

You don't need certain types to hire or keep certain skills.

Who you need:
Warden - Allows you to modify your regime - Keep him

Accountant - Keeps track of your money and researches Land Expansion - Keep her unless YOU do the tracking

Chief - Gauges the level of danger in the Prison and researchs Deployment and CCTV - Keep him for when you have Max Sec Prisoners... Min Sec doesn't need it.

Foreman - Researches Clone option, Janitors and Gardeners - Fire him when you're done

Psychologist - Keeps track of your prisoner's state of being - Hire him when you're having troubles or have enough cash

Everyone else knows how to do their jobs, so you can hire and fire at leisure. Make sure you keep an eye on deployment when things change or your guards will huddle in little areas. That's all, folks.

So foreman = useless after research is done?
TubaTime1010 Jul 13, 2013 @ 12:44am
Wow. 10 years for stealing DVDs? Not quite, buddy. Also, prison workshops make nothing of consequence. License plates and stuff for the government usually.

Might wanna do actual research before posting up a big rant...You'd look a lot less foolish...

Also...who imports from Mexico?? We get everything here from China. So do you.

I really hope you're just trolling...
