The rest of the western world is not as prudish as the US when it comes to sexuality and nudity. Some nudity won't get you an "adult only" rating in the EU, especially not if the graphical style you are going for is comic.

Even femal frontal nudity wouldn't get the game an "adult only" rating anywhere in the western world except for maybe the US. And since the devs are Eupropeans and not Amercians they probably wouldn't care even if there were frontal femal nudity in the game.
