Still have sound glitch

So my game will start this whirring noise, the only noise heard. tends to start after 10 minutes or so. As far as i am aware i don't need to update my sound card (90% Sure) any help

try this- switching to another sound option output then unplugging your speakers and then turning the computer off?

I tihnk its the background noise of the workers laying a foundation or just working - maybe my imagination says it is anyway

Nah, seriously, I've had this before and shutting down the game and restarting has solved it. Given time elapsed since you posted this has probably been done.

Any building jobs queued? If a piece of foundation is "waiting" and never gets done this will occur.

Having the same problem. Every time I put electrical cables down it makes that whirring noise, and it never stops. It just plays every time I move my mouse, even when i'm out of the utilities tab.

It's a bug. Deal with it, wait for Alpha 26 or sign up to the bugbash Beta on Steam.
