Report a translation problem
- Create an enclosed circuit of smaller water pipes. This should give it more water pressure, and will probably be your cheapest course of action. Or
- Build some large water pipes heading north from your main line parallel to the right of your electricity, just outside of the prisoner's cells. Then use the small water pipes to sprout off to each toilet.
I personally find the last method to be the most effective with expansion, as well as the most aesthetically pleasing and logically laid out. You won't have to worry about your prisoners tunneling out through the main pipes, as long as there's no large pipes actually inside their cells.Like so: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=214293958
