Also, are you playing in a windowed mode? or fullscreen? What resolution are you playing in? What is your native resolution?
This is the first time this has happened in anything. I play in fullscreen 1920x1080 which is also my native resolution. Im using supersampled antialasing if that helps.
Nope, everything's vanilla inside the game and there are no custom mouse cursors. Its just a bug in the game I think.
Did you try to verify integrity via the STEAM menu?
Right Click the game in your library, select preferences and under one of the tabs there should be a "Verify Game Integrity" option. Click that and see what happens. If that doesn't work, try deleting the game entirely and re-downloading (may also require you to delete the Prison Architect folder in your STEAM install), it's not a very big download at all.
I'll try that.
Nope, that didn't work.
Did you ever try shutting off Anti-aliasing? Maybe it's a problem with AA right now, since the game is in Alpha...the graphics options might not work the best.
Are you using AA as well?
Thanks!
Nope that didn't work for me. When shutting AA off the whole screen turns huge and I see maybe a quarter (upper left hand side) of the whole screen.
That sounds almost like the game is scrolled in all the way...is the window still full-screen size? Any way to take a screen grab?
It sounds more like an issue with your monitor settings or hardware + software issues combining to cause this. Are you downscaling the resolution or anything? Do you have AA set up on your vid card and not just in game? Any other specific settings on your vid card that could cause issues? OC'd or anything?
Edit: Also, what are your other video settings inside the game?
I just posted a couple screenshots on steam of the problem. I'm not downscaling the res and I don't have AA on anywhere outside of the game.
