And regime is taken care of. Workshops are working fine. And a total of 10 prisoners are assigned to the laundry room. No clean uniforms though
Try something similar to this but a large scale.

Try checking the prisoner to even see if they have a task assigned to them.
I think what's happening is there are too many workers and not enough prison uniforms for them to clean. IE, enough prisoners are already pushing around the baskets, ironing, using the laundry machines, etc.
What I'd suggest doing is counting how many are idle, and then just reduce the number of jobs by that amount. I don't think it's possible to buy more uniforms yet.
