Solitary cells. What do you put in yours?

Just wondering what everyone puts in their solitary cells, if anything?

I tend to just have 1 little square, with a solitary door. Nothing for them to do but stay there and feel the punishment.

but I have seen others put tv's, toilets, beds, and other stuff that make it look like a better version of their jail cell.

What size do you make your solitary cells? and what do you put in them? and why?

1 x 1 box with no window or anything, usually i build them in back to back blocks of 10 solitary cells. They only spend about 2 hours in there depending on your policy, no need to treat them, theyre also in there for a reason, let them suffer

I dont waste the money on my cells. Granted, my first save had over five hundred dead bodies laying all over my prison and my second save has riots every 5 mins.... So when I say you shouldn't waste your money on your solitary cells and just have it 1x1 cells like I do... take my advice with a grain of salt.

Haha I think if youre having that many dead its not necessarilly the solitary cells fault :P Might even do them good being locked in the box for even longer to set them straight

1x1 space with a floor drain. You can boost the time spent for punishments to 24 hours. With particularly troublesome inmates, you can set them to several back to back sessions.

Drains & doors are for sissy liberal prisons.
At my prisons we stick em in 1x1 solitary like most, but then we immediately replace the door with wall, sealing them in forever. As far as I know, they can't starve or get out, but you still get Paid for them. Why should I waste taxpayer money teaching these animals how to shower & read, when they're sneaking weapons & drugs in daily? Seal em up for good:
Get caught w/weapons...Get sealed in a Box.
Caught w/drugs...Sealed in Box.
Fork/spoon/toy...In the Box son.
Legendary Murderer? Now you're a Legendary Paperweight. In a Box.
Instigator? Volatile? Due for release in a week & 10% Re-offend chance? = BOX

In my first prison I tried out a design where the solitary blocks were furnished better than regular cells and threw prisoners in there for the smallest crimes. theyd get the suppression effect and learn not to do wrong but theyd have their needs met during their stay :P None caught on that solitary is good for some odd reason.

PS dont do this, its costly and serves little to no purpose if you keep your prisoners in line so they never need to be sent in in the first place

I put prisoners in my solitary cells, which incidentally are all one tile large. :)

Could make the solitary cell 2x2 and put an electric chair in each, let them know if they get tired of standing they can have a seat :D

i have bunch of tiny solitary cells that are just a concrete room with a metal floor
i have like 4 solitary cells that are white tiles with cameras in them

Most of my solitary cells are 1x1, just with a door. Gets the job done and isn't expensive.
