Mods. (list of good ones)

These mods seem to work well with the latest update and also all together.
They don't do anything like money cheats, or anything with graphics like give guards rifles/shotguns. In my opinion they just make the game a little more fun to play.

For anyone who does not know how to add mods, or use them:

ADDING

goto the mod on steam, subscribe to the mod, then just restart your game.

USING THE MOD

Open your game, click on Menu, click on Extras, click on Mods, then check the box of whatever mods you wish to have running in the game. Turning mods on can be used in new games AND in games you already have saved.

If anyone else has some fun mods to recommend, please feel free to post the mod, description of what it does and why it might be useful, and where it can be found (If not on STEAM).
If it can't be found on STEAM, please also add detailed instructions on how to add the mod to someones game.
