Grants bugged?

1. Inmate Nutrition Research - I cannot complete this mission for some odd reason? Is it because all 100% of the prisoners need to be fed? I have set all types of options for food for 2 days each and the quest can't be completed? Please notify me if this is a bug?

2. Education Reform program - General education course stuck and can't proceed or is it hard to achieve because of the 'foundation education program' pass rate is hard to achieve? Please help? Thank you.

When you set it to High / High did you set 3 separate eat times (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and for the Low / Low did you set only 1 or 2 blocks (must be together if you set 2 blocks) in your regime as Eat?

General Education is a real stinker as a prisoner first needs to pass Foundation Education, and then needs to be interested in General Education, and THEN needs to pass their class

In my 240 prisoner prison that ive been running for 70 days ingame I think ive had 2 people pass the program. Albeit they are max security so they arent as interested

Well, for the high one, you need to set three one hour eat time, and for the low one, you need to set one one hour eat time. For the Education Reform Grant, i wouldn't pick that grant until i got 4 inmates passed the General Education Qualification because that grant will take days to achieve so might as well i add it later

each eat time is 2 blocks aka 2 hours per 2 days and thanks for info for the gen thought it was bugged

but i thought in this case it should be only three one hour eat time for the high ones? and also one one hour eat time for the low ones?

I think it has to be 2 - 3 hours. I always have breakfast as 3 and dinner as 2 anyway so Im not sure on the specifics

Fair warning, be very careful when doing the Low Low section of the grant with a large prison as prisoners do not like being starved

The length isn't specified, just the amount and quality of food and the number of Eat times. It can be one or two hours.

Three hours is counted as two seperate eat times, one of two hours and one of one hour.

ive had probs with that grant (the low.. the high i did fine) also ive got loads of patrols on and it wont clear that grant.
