Cheat Engine doesn't work in Prison Architect Alpha 28?

I've been cheating the game with cheat engine since it was first released and at this build, it looks like bye bye cheating! Is there anyway to have 'infinite money' in PA? Money management is not my thing... thanks!

Cheat Engine??? The savefile is in standard Unicode. Open the file with any standard text editor and you can change absolutely ANYTHING.

CheatEngine does work, I've been updating the table on the Cheat Engine forums since alpha 14. Works a treat for unlimited funds, instant building and instant research without required staff members.
I'd give a link but it's probably against the rules or something.
