Best Regime? *Including Super max and protective*

So I'm just wondering in genral what is the best regime to stop them from kicking off during the first few hours where there just purely hungery and try to kill everyone every single morning.
Not really sure just because I started trying to manage my first 200 plus prison and it din't work out too well normally I come up with a fairly good regime for 100 and lower prisoneers but when you get 200 it becomes hell on earth.

Shower - first thing, each cell with an individual shower room off the back.
HALF HOUR INTO SHOWERING, most are done, change to lockup.
while in lockup they will pee,poo, change clothes, etc
Yard - Showers, toilets, tv, gym, phone, - they work down their needs
Canteen - they eat, I put ~5 showers, 20 toilets, 10 tv, 10 phone in here as well with a ~400 prison.

This kept me from a riot / massive fight with 500 prisoners for ~20 days... then I had a huge riot ~80 prisoners dead, 140 staff... ♥♥♥♥ got real...

Not too go into too much detail, but I've started my days as Shower-Lockup-Eat since A12. I knock out hygiene, pee/poo, clothes, and recreation first (TVs in every cell). For SM/PC, I just stagger my same routine by an hour or two. Work takes most of the day. Yard before evening meal, then freetime until midnight when everyone goes to bed.

If you're going with style and don't care about money and land/space, try eliminating shower and yard time by putting shower head, phone booth and weightsbench inside every cells...this will save really much time on your regime

yeah I think the downfall of the prison was having 200 or so prisoneers shoved into a tiny shower room. also for whatever reason they weren't getting fed half the time with 10 chefs 12 I think prisoneers working in the kichen and a ton of cookers/fridges witch was mostly due to food being backed up by stuff coming into the prison. *serously food needs to come into a different truck on a second lane*

I don't have scheduled showers; instead I give prisoners more free time.

Hygiene is whacked when they sleep, so you have to start off with a shower. Just watch the bar climb until your entire prison population is in the red within 3-4 hours of sleeping. I wish they would fix or change this.
