I put mine near the solitary cells since alot of troublemakers, who get injured, end up there and will get healed by doctors that are close by.
I usually have multiple infirmaries, each with their own 1-2 doctors and about 4-8 beds. Makes it easier to grow your prison.
Keep in mind that there are 10 spots in your drug treatment programs, and each prisioner need a bed so you aren't getting the maxamum bang for your program dollars if you only have the class 1/2 full.
quote=Grey Buddhist;622954747289936234]I would suggest not putting near the canteen since if a riot occurs your doctors will continuously be healing the troublemakers which could make things 'difficult'. . [/quote]
This might be the case, not sure as I havn't had riots since my last major re-vanp which included moving the Infirmeries location to where it is, but if your prisioners are happy and not in a rioting frame of mind it is convient.
