Laundry room issue.

having a laundry issue.maybe someone knows something i havent tried. i have no deliveries of clothes comming in and the few clean clothes i do have sitting in the baskets my prisoners wont take to the cells. (for some reason my max security prisoners will do it but any other security lvl wont. i have cleared the prison labor in the laundry rooms then reapplied,cleaered security lvls,relocated were the laundry is despenced,scheduled new times here's a few screen shots of what i have.hopfully a fresh perspective can see what ive missed.

In the 1st screencap there appears to be a black section which IIRC means Staff Only. You said you've reset the security levels - maybe just check that? Alternately can you allow Norm and Max to interact and just keep Mins in their own area? I'm wondering if there just aren't enough prisoners of the appropriate security level available to work in the laundry that matches them? As in are they working in the Kitchens or Cleaning Cupboards instead? As a last resort, have you tried throwing down a bunch of extra baskets?

yeah ive tried deleteing extra baskets to possibly make the fill 1 up fully to see it that worked.also tried spamming them.as far as prison labor the laundry's are full with prisoners assigned.i stopped all other jobs also to test it and still nothing.canceled all programs also.

Same problem here. My inmates just go to the laundry to do absolutely nothing for 3 hours. Starting a new game doesn't seem to solve it.

Having a similar problem right now, I see some people passing out laundry, but its the longest and darkest line on my needs list, everyone is walking around ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about clothes. I put in more washing machines, more ironing boards, more baskets and still like said above I just have a jumble of prisoners standing around in the laundry not doing a damn thing when they should be working.

its odd because my super max and max secuirty laundry's work fine.my min security and normal secuirty dont at all.they stand around.i have yet to set up a protective custody cell block yet... TDioWS and Iunareklipse which security levls are your laundry's? its driving me nuts a riot is unavoidable at this rate all other needs are almost at 0...

my prison is still pretty small only about 200 people so I have everything mixed up with everyone on different schedules, and certain cell blocks for max, but they all work at the same time. The laundry has no zone, its just shared. Personally I find it boring if there isn't a stabbing every once and awhile.. this is prison afterall lol. I have yet to have a fight break out during work, its usually in the yard or the canteen so I keep max on different schedule for those times.

After typing that maybe I figured out my own problem, its possible that say a normal prisoner is doing laundry won't go into the max area to give people clothes? there's alot about this game I don't get, but I figured if someone wouldn't go in there the janitors should, they go clean the cells and I see them pushing laundry around

im at about 200 prisoners also...i continuasly delete prisons to get more starting cash..ive never had this issue and most of the time i only have 10 janitors for that many prisoners on EVERY single prison ive done and its worked fine...and no diffrent security lvls wont go into diffrence security zones

Yes - a Normal prisoner won't go into an area designated for non-Normal, even if they're working. Also, I've had it where I had to manually assign laundry delivery under the Logistics view; for some reason a few cell blocks had lost their connection to the laundry room.

Normal security :/ Yep, they all just stand there doing nothing till they decide to kill each other because of clothing.
