Prisoners not using the toilet

my inmates don't use the tolit to do their bladder need. Now theres pee all over my prison and all ways get angry

Do they believe in the potty monster?

Do you have them properly piped in? No blinking teardrop icons? Small pipes can only go 39 Meters in any direction from Large pipes.

Do you have enough "Free Time" in your Regime? Prisoners usually like to use the toilet directly after "Eat" time. But they should use it in lockup too.

A screenshot usually helps diagnose problems with this game so without more info I can't be sure what the problem really is.

It is also a good idea to let the cells not be the only place with toilets. Put them into other places as well, for example the canteen, common room or yard

Some of my prisoners still use the toilet (they are piped in)
the ones that don't use them keep peeing themselves over and over again, they just ignore them, even in their only blooody cells

Help... Prisoners won't use toilets no matter what or where. All of them are connected to water. I have them in cells, in the canteen, in the yard... They have plenty freetime to use them. I watched as a prisoner peed on the floor literally two squares from a toilet. WHY?
