Don't think the devs will add that to the game, since they specifically didn't want players turn prisons into killing facilities. With a system like what you are describing, you could assign every inmate into Death Row and execute them all.
Plus, Death Row inmates start with a % chance of Clemency which will downgrade them to High Risk prisoners if successful. Plus, if you wrongly execute 3 inmates, it's game over.
Same here, I only execute those who have done bad crimes.
give them the firing squad instead . Have 3-5 armed gaurds on patrol outside wherever they are held , soon as they start trouble turn on the 'free fire' command and walk your armed guards into the room. They always go down and often die. Dont station you guards in the rooms , have them outside patroll near the door so they cant be attacked first.
my supermax building always has 4 armed guards waiting outside it :)
Indeed, other than firing squad there are just too many ways to glitch a prisoner to death; the execution is just the Dev's POV of execution and no matter if you like it or not, it's their game after all.

In fact I believe there might just be a mod out there to do it for you.
