I have some prisoners rioting and 22 Families waiting to visit, but I have a perfectly fine visitor center. (And no, the area is not staff only.)

Have you got doors that are staff only or jail door between the visitation room and the entrance to your prison? Also check to make sure that you haven't inadvertantly locked the entrance to the visitation room shut. Also your prisoners can fulfil their family requirements if you have phone booths in an area where the prisoners can access them. Just make sure you install the phone tap console to monitor their communications...

No. I fixed it. the problem was that there was scattered free time, so I had to clump 2 together using the regimee time.

Yeah visitation sessions are quite long thats why I tend to have one block of about 5 hours in the afternoons around 3 oclock that is free time.

I am having the same problem... I have 48 visitors waiting. i have phone booths and a visitation center right by the entrance. it is a normal door (not jail or staff) that is locked open... so if anyone could help that would be cool because they are starting to complain...

You need to have sufficient free time (in one solid block) in your regime for visitation to work...

That's not correct. Visitation and Parole are independent of the regime. Even prisoners in lockdown or Death Row get escorted to visitation. I've seen prisoners go to visitation during meal time, lockdown, etc.

If you've got a door locked open, it's likely an unsecure area where they aren't allowed to go.

Well, here's my Visitation with three inmates during Work time. I have almost no free time in my Regime, yet I manage 12+ parole releases each day.

Well to be fair work time is free time for those prisoners that have no job.
