Report a translation problem
The first problem was that there were still some uniforms in my old unused cells.
You need 2 uniforms per prisoner and I had something like 500 uniforms in total for 250 prisoners, but 125 of them were in old unused cells, unreachable. That's why my high security prisoners kept their dirty uniforms on.
After I dumped those uniforms, new uniforms got orded, but somehow my janitors did not want to move the new uniforms to my laundry. So I actually had to put my delivery area in "shared", so that the prisoners working in the laundry could get the new uniforms back in the laundry.
It worked...After that any new orded uniforms were normally brought to the laundry by the janitors.
What a bloody mess. Man, this game makes you think...
