Clothes lying everywhere on the floor/ cothes baskets stand around everywhere - why?

hello

i have a prison with 330 prisoners at the moment...

i have a

big laundry
10 house workers
+/- 32 prisoners who work in the laundry
+/- 20 - 25 clothes basket
10 washing machines
10 iron

--> but there are clothes lying everywhere on the floor and i do not know why (screenshot)
--> and cothes baskets stand around everywhere

do i have to get more houseworkers or more baskets? or what i have done wrong?

Yeah, this is sort of a non-bug (in that it breaks the game, but it is acting the way it is intended to).

There is a mod in the Workshop that fixes this.

i downloaded it and it activate automaticly

Basically the mod makes anyone closest (Janitor, Prisoner Worker) get the clothes and bring it to the laundry.

I find hiring alot of janitors helps but in the long run makes the Laundry and Cleaning Room useless.
ie floors are always clean because of Janitors
ie Majority of clothes are collected, washed (and sometimes delivered).

Laundry isn't working for me at all - maybe that mod will help.

by the way if someone have this problem and read this (do not forget to activate the mod at the game - ESC - EXTRA - MODS - ACTIVATE and enjoy it :)

One thing I've noticed is that if you have everything built for your laundry to work properly but you have a bunch of uniforms in deliveries still with everyone ignoring them: save your game, and then load the game you just saved. When you load the game you just saved, they should immediately start brining the backlogged uniforms inside and the process should get underwy. I've had a similar bug multiple times and saving and loading that save seems to usually work. Good luck!

Just installed the mod and my prison has been instcleaned.

i install the mod - activate it ingame (ESC - EXTRA - MODS - ACTIVATE) and all is fine :)
