Select the Planning tool... right-click and drag the affected area. This might or might not fix it, if Eden's assumption is correct.
Already tried that.
Maybe you are right, I'll try building a wall without the planning tool and see if they appear.
Is this when you place any wall, foundation or fence and you have not used the planning tool at all?
Could be a sprite problem and also maybe shadows/shading of the object that it is not capturing. . .
P.S - Maybe verifing the game cache could add any missing files causing this?
Games > Right Click Prison Architect > Properties > Local Files > Verify Game Cache
I hadn't thought of corrupt sprite files.
@El Díaz; are you using any mods?
Nope, they don't seem to work for me... but maybe they are... I'll have to take a look into this.
I already tried to make a wall without planning mode, but didn't work.
Interesting, I didn't noticed any changes from the mods that I was trying to use (Imperial Architect as an example), but it seems they did that with the walls. I pressed Deactivate Mods and made a new prison. The black lines were gone.
Thanks, but is still striking me as odd that they do that but wont work.
In the meanwhile, I wonder if there's any idea for a Hannibal Lecter Cell style, I'd love to see that onn one of my prisons xD
