+5k income but giving negative cash flow

Has anyone had this issue? I've tried reloading my game a couple times, taking off the mods etc.

I have 5k income overall coming in but I get -54 cashflow still?

No need, searching cashflow might have lead you to it, but well ^^

That is all well and good, i get this on a stable income right after some logs get sold. I was positive before the sale but after it goes negative, and that makes no sense even with how you put it. Simply put, the game's math is wrong.
