You can also order your doctors to a prisoners cell, and he'll heal them in the cell - like a house call
As a workaround you could to send the doctors to them manually, they will treat anyone in need if they see them. Send a doc to the far end of a cell block and they should take care of all injuries as they make their way back to medical.
Just leftclick a doc to select, now there should be a small green circle following the cursor. Then rightclick where you want him to move to. This works for every staffmember.
Well, that's how it works. Maybe you're not quite clicking correctly, or your installation is bugged?
In the regular view, not deployment, left click on a doc.
Right click on a space in the prison (not a person, a space near a person)
Doc goes there and attends to anyone nearby that needs help.
Just finding this thread now.... I have the same issue as GAMING GRANDPA. Doctors just go right up to the prisoner and then walk away again. I have 5 'spare' guards but nobody takes them to the medical bay either. very strange
How did you fix grandpa?
