No body clean dead bodies

OMFG there is 279 bodies in my prison and no one clean it and it bacame more and more bodies!

Guards move bodies to the morgue and/or hearse... you need more guards.

I already have 200+ guards and more then 40 guards are available but they just move some bodies to morgue till the morgue is full. there are a lot of truck out side but no one move bodies to truck
Also doctors don't treat anyone...

I have the same issue, around 30 guards that are available, bodies are left where they die but a few rarely get moved to the morgue but then just sit at either of those places forever, i dont even get the hearses come to my prison.

And yeah doctors do nothing, half my prison is on low heath and i am not clicking on each doctor and inmate to heal them.

I let guards take inmate to see doctor but the doctors just ingorn them...

My guards don't even take the inmates to the doctors, they just ignore them and walk past them even if they are unconscious in say the canteen or yard.

IIRC a hearse is supposed to arrive and remove the dead bodies from the Morgue. I wonder if it's stuck in the queue outside your prison or is there a job that cannot be completed and so the removal has stopped? Sometimes restarting the game fixes these kinds of things.

I'm having this problem too. I have 2 dead bodies, they're both in the morgue on slabs but no hearse comes to pick them up. I restarted the game and that didn't work. The supply trucks, emergency vehicles and Prisoner vans all show up but the hearse won't!

I have seen doctors go to move dead bodies as well, sometimes doctors get hung up so the bodies become locked in a chain that is not being completed. Also possible if a body ends up in an unrecoverable spot. Never heard of the hearse never showing up in the first place though

Yeah, atually, between the time I posted that message and this one a doctor moved one of the bodies from one slab to another slab, bit still no hearse :( I might have to go in the save file and delete the dead characters.

Ok. I used to have this problem. I fixed it by doing this:

Place a WHOLE ton of guards around your prison. Also have a VERY big morgue. If you have a very small one, it won't be helping you any time soon. Anyway, the reason why guards don't find or pick up dead bodies is because a guard was not close enough to the dead body to be picked up and moved. I used to have guards everywhere EXECEPT near where dead bodies were and putting guards on patrol near the bodies seemed to help.

EDIT: I meant putting guards on patrol near the bodies. :P
