Supermax Cell Cleaning

I've recently started using the mod Let's get Takeout in order to create supermax cells wherein the inmate does not leave the cell. The cell is equipped with everything the inmate needs to be happy (with the exception of the new spirituality and literacy requirements), but I've run into one issue in particular. My janitors are apparently in fear for their lives, and refuse to enter the supermax cells in order to clean.

I've fiddled with it a little, and apparently janitors don't like to enter cells during sleep or lockdown regime times when a prisoner is supposed to be in the cell. Does anyone know the specific requirements for janitors to see the cells as a valid task? If possible, I'd like to find a way to clean the cells while minimizing the exposure of these high risk prisoners to the rest of the faciilty.
